Return Damaged, Incorrect, and Defective Order
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item(s) in your order, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@shoplawofkindness.com.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be sent back in their original packaging to our facility.
Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted, so please wait for confirmation before shipping your item back.
Conditions for Returned Items
No, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damages. Please ensure that you carefully review your order and check the product details before purchasing.
If your item arrives defective,incorrect or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
For lost packages, please submit a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We're here to help!
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
